Display:
Place on misting rack with regular carrots with tops, interspersing the colors to add interest to the display. Avoid placing them near beets with tops as the customer may think the carrot was crossed with a beet to obtain the maroon color.
Facts:
The “parent” of the maroon carrot came from Brazil.
